The detail
Original wording: 🟡 [TTP] Client says tea unit counts are wrong + asks how to claim lost/damaged teas.
Context: TTP client Kristi Brooks replied 2026-10-06 17:36 MT to our inventory recommendations email (thread "Re: Inventory recommendations + ads budget", mirafloresmarketingamazon@gmail.com). What she says: she sent 24 units of each of 10 tea SKUs; 5 SKUs were lost/damaged in inbound and she resent 24 of each of those 5. She believes fewer than 10 units of any SKU have sold and certainly not 20 Raspberry Honey. She asks us to (1) check the numbers and (2) remind her what she must send us to be reimbursed for the lost/damaged teas. More mugs ship 2026-10-07. Fix: read live FBA inventory + orders for the 10 tea SKUs (received vs sold vs reserved vs unfulfillable), reconcile to her 24/24+24 counts, find where the Raspberry Honey 20-unit figure came from (the sheet vs Amazon), and check for open lost/damaged inbound reimbursement eligibility (FBA inbound discrepancy / reimbursement). Then draft the reply with the checked numbers and the exact documents she must supply (invoice/proof of shipment). Verify: Amazon live units reconcile to her counts; reply draft cites numbers read live. Needs operator: approval of the reply before it goes (client email stays a draft).
