The detail
Original wording: Need client contact email: MR, PARA, PHY (entity registry gap).
WHAT TO DO: Give me a client-side contact email for each of these 3 accounts — MR (Maximum Result), PARA (Paralegal Practice / Jari Davis), PHY (Physiovolution) — so I can add them to the entity registry (~/.claude/skills/_entity-registry/entities.json, contacts field). WHY: While fixing the root cause behind ClickUp 86eyqnzwg/86eyqnzwe (client mail resolving to our own agency login instead of a real client address), I resolved 17 of 21 active clients' contacts from primary-source Gmail correspondence (see registry commit b8c2739) and 1 (SBI) as N/A. These 3 have no evidence anywhere I can check: no client-domain Gmail correspondence found across multiple search-term variants, and their OneDrive "Maximum Result" / "Paralegal" folders (checked 2026-08-29) contain only PPC worksheets/reports, no intake or contact document. Per the never-write-a-guessed-value rule, I can't invent an address, so these stay UNRESOLVED in the registry until you provide one. TRACKED: this task. Registry entries: clients.MR.contacts = {"status":"UNRESOLVED"}, clients.PARA.contacts = {"status":"UNRESOLVED"}, clients.PHY.contacts = {"status":"UNRESOLVED"} (each with a contacts_source note naming exactly what was checked).
