The detail
Original wording: DECIDE: CC counts off-Amazon sales in the profit that sets its ad-spend ceiling — the only client set this way.
WHAT TO DO: Decide one thing — should CC's profit (and therefore its ad-spend ceiling) keep counting sales that did NOT happen on Amazon? Reply "keep it" or "change it" on this task. If you say change it, I flip the single Sellerboard setting and re-derive CC's targets; I cannot decide it for you because it changes what CC's past profit reports said, not just future ones. WHY: CC is the only one of your 15 clients set this way. Measured live on the Sellerboard calculation-settings surface, 2026-08-19 — every other client counts Amazon orders only; CC also counts its off-Amazon / multi-channel orders in the same profit figure. That figure is what sets CC's ad-spend ceiling (tacos_ceiling 0.378 / 0.3569), and the automated PPC run bids against that ceiling every week. So CC's ads are being allowed a budget partly justified by sales its ads cannot possibly have caused, which makes the ceiling look more generous than a pure Amazon break-even would be. WHAT IT IS WORTH: Nobody has sized this yet. Sizing it means re-running CC's contract with off-Amazon orders excluded and comparing the two ceilings — worth doing only if you want to change it, and it is the same 10-minute job either way.
