The detail
Original wording: Grant our Seller Central user the Settings > Business Insurance permission (2026-11-02 insurance rule — status unreadable until grante).
WHAT TO DO: get our Seller Central user on this client's account granted the Settings → Business Insurance permission, so the Account Health → Business Insurance page can be read and a Certificate of Insurance uploaded. WHY: Measured 2026-09-12 by the MODE10 daily check (live page read): the Business Insurance page returns "Access Required — You don't have the right permissions" for our user. From 2026-11-02 Amazon requires business insurance on every account with listings in an enhanced-safety category (no sales threshold); non-compliance removes listings 45 days after notice. Until the permission is granted we cannot even tell whether this account is in scope or whether a policy is on file — the risk is invisible, not absent. STEPS: (1) the account owner opens Seller Central → Settings → User Permissions → our user → under "Settings" set "Business Insurance" to View & Edit (or at minimum View). Only the account owner/admin can do this. (2) Re-run node ~/.claude/skills/mode10-daily-check/daily_check.mjs (set MODE10_PROFILE to this login's free profile if the default is held) and read ~/health-sweep/<date>/<login>/<CODE>_business_insurance.txt. (3) If the status comes back NOT ON FILE or EXPIRED, follow the COI path: CGL ≥ $1M per occurrence and aggregate · deductible ≤ $10K · additional insured "Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates" · insured name = the SC legal entity · current dates · insurer letterhead (spec: amazon-compliance-docs SKILL.md "Enhanced-safety category — INSURANCE"). No client email is drafted yet — operator instruction 2026-09-12 was no client emails; draft in the marketing mailbox when the operator says go.
