The detail
Original wording: Review UNSENT reply draft to Bill Scalise (11x14 costs in, asks which sizes make money).
Bill Scalise (Chase Partitions) replied 2026-10-23 21:34 UTC to the 10-09 report thread. Facts: $750 sent (Upwork Month 4 milestone assigned 10-23; verify it is funded/released); 144 units per full pallet of 12x12 55-packs (carton size and count still missing); 8x10 photo "next week"; 11x14 cost per pack 55=$8.03, 105=$16.44, 210=$30.91; OK to sell off or trash old 8x10s (83 x 8x10-55 liquidation now approved). He is discouraged (about $15k in) and asks: does the Feb plan include the $750, which sizes make money, a realistic monthly figure, trim to money-makers, target $300/mo plus $750. Prepared: UNSENT Gmail draft r8817464670832552134 in mirafloresmarketingamazon@gmail.com (to bscalise@chasepartitions.com), body copy at ~/Downloads/_chp_reply_body_20261023.txt. Per-size numbers come from the ~/reports/CHP/2026-10-09 breakeven analysis (Sellerboard costs) plus his new 11x14 costs. To do (mine): enter 11x14 costs in Sellerboard and ppc-engine/clients/CHP.json; start the 8x10-55 liquidation (83u); check Upwork M4 funded. Operator: review the draft, send by hand (it is a new message, not threaded). Close: draft sent and costs entered.
